Welcome to Amatra AI ("Amatra," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the Amatra AI platform (the "Platform"), you ("you" or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Description of Service
Amatra AI provides an AI-powered system that allows sports teams to manage their athletes' recovery and physical condition in real time. The Platform enables sports performance practitioners to track behavioural data, analyse recovery profiles, and predict and programme personalised recovery protocols.

User Accounts
- Account Creation: Access to the Platform requires the creation of an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Authorized Users: Only authorized personnel of your sports team may access and use the Platform.
- Team Administrator: Each team will have an admin responsible for adding and removing users.
Data and Privacy
- Data Collection: Amatra AI collects biometric data from wearables, behavioural and wellness data from questionnaires, and usage data.
- Data Usage: We use collected data to provide and improve the Platform's services, including analysing recovery profiles and generating personalised recovery protocols.
- Data Security: We are committed to protecting your data. We currently use Supabase's secure infrastructure (https://supabase.com/security) and are working towards implementing our own enhanced security measures.
- Data Sharing: We may share anonymized, non-personally identifiable data with third parties for research or analytical purposes. We will not share Personally Identifiable Information (PII) without explicit consent, except as required by law.
